Project Connect will be changing Central Oregon lives on Saturday September 13th.  This will be the 8th annual Central Oregon Project Connect.  It takes place at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds.  The event serves nearly 3,000 homeless and low-incomes people each year.  Volunteers offering services including doctors, dentists, lawyers, veterinarians, social service workers, hairstylists and more.
