A benefit concert to raise funds and awareness for local Central Oregon foster teens will be Friday September 19th.  The concert is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Faith, Hope and Charity Vineyard.  The concert will benefit many of these foster teens who have experienced abuse, neglect and/or abandonment.  Proceeds for the benefit concert will go toward sending these foster teens to T.R.A.C. (Teen Reach Adventure Camp) and participating in a year-long mentoring program, where they will be encouraged to rise above their circumstances.
