Oregon Man Arrested In Idaho With Over 22 Pounds Of Pot

082514 KelleyBOISE, ID — An Oregon City man is facing a felony drug trafficking charge after police in Idaho found 22.5 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle last week.  James Lewis Kelley, 53, became nervous during a Thursday traffic stop in SW Idaho.  Kelley refused to have his vehicle searched, but a drug-sniffing dog alerted investigators of the marijuana.

The pot reportedly had a street value around $100,000.
