Ivan Cholakov/iStock/Thinkstock(SHELTON, Wash.) — A soldier who disappeared during a parachute training exercise in Washington state has been found dead.
The Army says local rescue crews discovered the body late Friday in Mason County.
The soldier was part of a special team at Joint Base Lewis-McChord which was carrying out a training jump earlier that day.
