mckenzie_river

Travelers on OR 126 near milepost 31, about five miles east of Vida, should expect delays and possible closures on Friday, March 7, as crews work to recover a vehicle from the McKenzie River following a crash on March 5.

Starting at 8 a.m., crews will begin setup for the recovery operation. Flaggers will be on-site to keep traffic moving, when possible, but temporary closures may be necessary. Crews will work to minimize closure times.

Plan for delays or consider alternate routes. Stay alert, follow flagger instructions, and watch for crews in the area.
