Central Oregon Community College and Jefferson County are hosting a vaccination clinic on Friday, September 10 at the COCC Madras campus from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Neighbor Impact’s food van will provide free, fresh perishable and nonperishable food to every individual who gets vaccinated.
