Crude Oil Prices Climb to Nine-month High, Sending Pump

Retail gas prices are moving up in most states but edging lower in Oregon. Jumps in the price of crude oil and the OPEC decision to slowly increase production led to a number of states seeing pump prices climb. For the week, the national average for regular adds two cents to $2.16 a gallon. The Oregon average ticks down a penny to $2.59.
