STOMP OUT STIGMA on Mental Illness:
By coming together to show our support that no one is alone; we are all in this together!
Stigma prevents many people from seeking the help they need which can lead to thoughts of suicide, isolation, shame, and much more.
Join us to help end mental illness stigma & learn about local resources!

Bend, OR– Come join this Stomp-a-Thon; gather pledges/donations for the amount of laps you plan to do and then come STOMP OUT STIGMA around the Skyview MS track. Local behavioral health programs, professionals, and nonprofits will be on hand to share resources and support groups available within our community. There will be music, games, and food (for sale) for the whole family to enjoy. There are a lot of great raffle prizes to win as well, including a rare opportunity to view Bend from high above on a ride for two in the AirLink Helicopter! *winners of the helicopter ride must be at least 18 years of age
This event benefits N.A.M.I. of Central Oregon. All money raised will stay within Central Oregon, helping families and individuals with mental illness.
NAMI-CO’s mission is to educate, support and advocate for community members living with mental illness. All programs offered are free.
Together, we can stomp out mental illness stigma.
