Quite possibly no one would have noticed her stumble, but nothing like a saucy ice breaker to get the audience smiling.
Calling her latest trophy for her role as a smiley stalker in the Netflix limited series an “absolute honor,” the English actress then told a sweet safe-for-work story.
“There’s a video of me when I was little, I was about 8 years old, and my mum and dad got me a hamster for Christmas,” Gunning shared, “and they brought it out in this bin bagâin a cageâit wasn’t just in a bin bag, ‘Happy Christmas.’ I’ve got a very Yorkshire accent. And I just kept saying, ‘I can’t believe this is happening to me. I can’t believe this is happening to me.'”
