Diversability Inc Receives $20,000 Grant

Diversability Inc. announced that it has been awarded a $20,000 grant from Oregon Community foundation to support their general operations in service towards their mission and vision.

“This fund will support important work in our community to advance equity and inclusion efforts relevant to individuals with diversabilities and their families. We look forward to expanding programs in service to our community, and we’re incredibly grateful for the generous support in making this happen!” declared Amanda Hamer, Founder and Executive Director, Diversability Inc.

The funding included support from the Jack R. and Mary B. Dant Special Disability Fund.

Diversability Inc. is a nonprofit service organization based in Bend, Oregon. After years of working in various roles as a community change agent, Amanda Hamer started Diversability Inc. in 2016 with a mission to empower community connections for individuals with diversabilities and their families. Diversability Inc. currently operates four programs based on this mission, providing direct services that create positive ripple effects throughout our community.
