...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 4 AM
PST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 9
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Central Oregon.

* WHEN...From noon today to 4 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall will occur from 4
  pm this afternoon to Midnight. Snow fall rates may fall
  between one half to 1 inch per hour.
