A Smith Rock climber is expected to survive after a 30-foot fall yesterday (Sun).

A picnic bench that broke his fall may have saved his life.

A helicopter flew him to St. Charles Bend.

Don’t Fall For ‘Smishing’ Scams

Many folks are still expecting holiday packages this week, and the United States Postal Service is warning customers not to fall for what are known as smishing scams. Smishing, said John Hyatt – a strategic communication specialist with
