Want Your Own Lake? Three Oregon Lakeside Resorts Are For Sale

Central Oregon – Three of Central Oregon’s lakeside resorts, destinations that have been for decades for their fishing trips and family vacations are up for sale.

The most recently listed, Cultus Lake Resort, became available Monday at an asking price of $2.5 million.

Paulina Lake Lodge and Crane Prairie Resort & RV Park have been for sale for about a year.
Crane Prairie has a price tag of $999,000, and Paulina lists for $2 million.

Two other resorts sold during the past year – Twin Lakes Resort, west of La Pine on the south shore of South Twin Lake sold in May, and The Lodge at Suttle Lake, about 13 miles west of Sisters sold in September.

The resorts for sale only include the businesses, and may include cabins, docks, marinas, lodges, restaurants and other structures.

The U.S. Forest Service is the landlord, and new owners must apply for their own long-term special-use permits.
