Republican National Convention Announces Partial Speakers List

iStock/Thinkstock(CLEVELAND) — Republican National Convention CEO Jeff Larson Thursday announced a preliminary list of speakers at the four-day convention in Cleveland that kicks off Monday.

The list includes House Speaker Paul Ryan, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst, among others. Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump also said his family will deliver remarks.

Also, according to Thursday’s release: “The convention’s theme, ‘Make America Great Again,’ will focus on the core themes of Republican Presidential Nominee Donald J. Trump’s campaign: national security, immigration, trade and jobs.”
