Bend Broadband Outage Impacts 1000’s

Bend, Ore. Today — at approximately 6 a.m. this morning, a semi-truck struck and knocked down a power pole at the intersection of Empire & Nels Anderson in Bend.

BendBroadband customers in Redmond, Sisters, Terrebonne, Black Butte, and Prineville are without phone, Internet and TV service. At this time, some customers in Bend are also without phone access.

BendBroadband technicians have assessed the situation and are working with the power company to fully restore services as quickly as possible.
