Portland, Ore. – Oregon Air National Guard Col. Paul T. Fitzgerald, 142nd Fighter Wing commander, addresses attendees at the offical ribbon cutting ceremony for a new alert barn at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore., on Friday.
