ridgeview-high-school-2

Redmond, Ore. —Eight members of Ridgeview High School FBLA Chapter, qualified for national competition at the Oregon State competition for FBLA, (Future Business Leaders of America) April 9-11. With nearly 1,500 students participating in over 60 events, the top 3 placers in each event qualify to compete at nationals. We are proud and excited for these students to represent Ridgeview at the national competition where over 5,000 high school students will compete.

Four Ridgeview students have decided to travel to Nationals to compete; Billy Brant, Jack Lindberg, Harsh Patel and Shayne Sensenbach. FBLA National competition is held in Chicago, Illinois in June 27 – July 3, and to get there each student needs to raise almost $2,000. If you are interested in sponsoring a Ridgeview FBLA National Competitor to represent Ridgeview or participate in any of the fundraising events please contact FBLA advisor Karin Crouch at Karin.Crouch@redmond.k12.or.us

Ridgeview FBLA chapter is in it’s their year of existence. Twenty-four members attended the annual state competition and 13 members placed in the top 10 in their event, and of that 13 members, three of them placed in the top 10 in two events.
