Each maze features a dynamic environment where guests will discover a surprise around every corner, and develop new methods of problem-solving through improvisation, trial and error, observation and testing, and logic and reasoning. Solve puzzles and patterns, challenge the relationship between the mind and the eye and nurture your inner musician! Come test your mouth-mind connection with Blind-Tasting Bingo! A program started by Ecotrust and Edible Portland, this is a game of sensory deprivation and heightened exploration that was first unveiled at the 2012 Time-Based Art Festival. In the game, Executive Chef Ryan Morgan of Bon Appetit will present 14 distinct bites that players taste with their eyes covered, seeking to identify the items on a non-traditional bingo board that includes both correct and false options. A few lucky winners will take home fun prizes!

Enjoy child-free, brain-building science fun featuring live demos, new exhibitions and old favorites! Guests can indulge in tasty snacks, sweets and beer and wine from regional food and beverage artisans. 21+ only, IDs required.
