BEND, OR — Bend Police arrested four intoxicated drivers over the Labor Day holiday weekend. Bend and other agencies across Central Oregon and the state participated in what’s known as a High Visibility Enforcement. In addition to the four DUII arrests, Bend officers cited drivers for speeding, driving with out a license and more.
