The collision occurred on the northbound side, near the area of the left-turn lane where vehicles enter onto Grandview Avenue.

Traffic for a time was diverted northbound at Cooley Road onto Highway 20.

One lane was reported open around 8 a.m., but despite the quick clean-up by authorities, traffic was backed up for miles.
