New Miller Principal Announced

Bend, Ore. – Jen Healy has been selected to become William E. Miller Elementary School’s next principal. Healy is currently assistant principal at William E. Miller, a position she has served in since 2009.

Healy serves on the district’s Math Strategic Team. She began her teaching career in Florida and has 14 years of classroom teaching experience, including eight at High Lakes Elementary School in Bend. During her time at William E. Miller, she served as Student Services Coordinator, Assistant Principal and served a year as temporary principal.

Healy will begin her new position July 1st. She takes over the role from Principal Steve Hill, who is retiring.
